“You can run far. You can take your small precautions. But have you really gotten away? Can you ever escape? Or is the truth that you do not have the strength or cunning to hide from destiny? But the world is not small. You are. And fate can find you anywhere.”
I’m no longer much of a TV watcher, though I have been known to binge-watch on occasion. I am strongly considering canceling my cable package, leaving me alone with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Once I figure out what to do with baseball, college football and the NFL, I’d be set. Over the years, there have been a series of comedies (Seinfeld, the British Office, Cheers, Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Arrested Development), action/crime shows (24, Person of Interest, Alias), and drama (Lost) that I loved, the one show that had the most promise became the biggest disappointment. I loved season one of Heroes.
I loved it for the questions it would ask with each episode.
We all have the capability for good.
We all have the capability for great.
Indeed we can all be heroes.
