Sunrise to Sunset

It’s been a while since I’ve watched an entire day from sunrise to sunset. But today, that’s what I did. It started mysteriously, densely foggy, as the future was yet to be written. As the day passed, so did the clouds though the heavy winds defiantly remained. And a bright blue appeared in its stead, followed by a mild pastel sunset while darkness descended. 2016 was a year where I focused upon myself, my family & my friends, and my dog. Along the way, my family, friends and I experienced loss. Along the way, I joined an amazing company (Upwork), went on an amazing adventure (the Rickshaw Run in India), and the Chicago Cubs won the World Series. It was an epic year.
