I sit on my seat in my plane, my eyes and my thoughts wandering into the distance. All I see are the wings of my plane floating amidst a sea of orange and blue flying high above the clouds.
I’d never seen the sun set above the clouds. It’s a truly magnificent site, quite unlike anything I’d ever seen. And though my thoughts were filled with nostalgia and sadness over saying goodbye to my family, the view provided a brief respite from those thoughts.
