This morning, I made a healthy breakfast – organic spinach, kale omelette with three eggs, sliced red onions, minced shallots, serrano pepper and red bell pepper with basil, freshly ground black pepper and celtic sea salt with both raw and cooked tomatoes, spinach and kale. It was unbelievably amazing.
What was more amazing was eating outside as those colours exploded onto the sky.
