Moonlight Walk thru the Cemetery

I thought of my buddy Joe, the adventurer, the (children’s book) writer, the poet, the hiker, the white water river guide, the midnight cycler. I also thought of Eliot with E.T. in his basket; but really he had nothing on Joe. He had a penchant for biking under the moonlight along the mountains of Colorado.

It’s not midnight, and it’s not Colorado, and I don’t have a bike (let alone a bike with a basket that could carry Taylor), and it’s just barely getting dark, but the moon is out. Taylor and I decided to take advantage. We made our way to the Fernwood Cemetery. While we took pictures, they didn’t do our view justice, only our memories did.
