And now for the answer to my request for a caption for these pictures, or at the very least an answer to what we were discussing at this very moment in time, having dinner our first night in Varanasi.
When Derek and I decided we wanted to do this thing – this crazy adventure in India for a month, part of which where we would be driving a rickshaw 3,000 km from one end of India to another – we asked each other who “dead or alive” would we want on this journey with us.
We immediately nodded in agreement over email. Three syllables. Two names. One word. One epic person. DaveRisner.
And so, at this particular moment, we asked DaveRisner if he could bring a fourth on this adventure of ours, who would that be?
Without missing a beat (as if he had already thought long and hard about his answer, when who knows if he actually did), he answered…
