Our thirty days in India seemed like a dream, only it wasn’t. It was the most real thing we had ever done. We lived. We loved. We laughed. And we survived. Afterwards, our lives would never be the same. #AlwaysBeEpic Continue reading 30 Days in India 2016
I have kept a “treasure chest” that entire time, collecting keepsakes of notes, cards, postcards, letters, and photographs from family members and friends, as well as ticket stubs, sundry miscellaneous items to remind me of all the great things that have happened in my life and the moments when someone was thinking of me as something great was happening in theirs. Along the way, I joined an amazing company (Upwork), went on an amazing adventure (the Rickshaw Run in India), and the Chicago Cubs won the World Series. It was an epic year. Continue reading 2016: a Retrospective and a Different Perspective
Throughout the day, my mantra was a wish that I was saying to myself over and over again, like a record playing my favourite songs — I wish for those that I love, health and love and peace and happiness. 2016 had been a good year. Continue reading New Years Eve 2016
