There’s something magical about sunrises and sunsets.
I’ve always loved them.
But I love them even more since moving to Sausalito.
Sunrises and sunsets in the Bay Area could be the most magical of all creating a world of Zen.
With that in mind, and my best friend visiting for the week, we spent this week in search of Zen chasing sunrises and sunsets.
The last time we saw both a sunset and wake up early enough for a sunrise at a place of significance, we were halfway around the world in Agra, India to see the Taj Mahal.
The sun is setting this evening and we are 2,571 feet sitting on rocks at the very top of Mount Tamalpais. Behind us the richness of the reds overtake the pale blue until it is blue no longer. A sense of overwhelming peacefulness surrounds us, alone to our thoughts as this particular day gives way to night.
Go Adventure. Go Travel. Go Live.
