I used the extra coconut water, some bits of coconut, turmeric root, some of the leftover gravy from the mint chicken curry to make basmati rice. I think this could be the best the rice has ever turned out.
Eggs and bacon for breakfast tomorrow!!! And not just any eggs – Judy’s organic, cageless grade A, brown eggs. I love that stuff. And not just any bacon – dry-rubbed Black Forest bacon. I’ve only found these at Whole Foods. They are beyond amazing.
