So this is what I did with what I bought from Whole Foods yesterday…

Yesterday, I went to Whole Foods.

While I did (cos I always do) make a traditional South Indian Kerala chicken curry where I used fresh coconuts with chicken thighs, I also made a variation of a Vindaloo where I used chicken wings along with the cubed traditional chicken breast and mint leaves. Without disclosing the actual recipe, they were both beyond amazing.

I’m set for the next week!!
